Our Company Policies

Order Processing and Delivery:

    • All orders are processed within 10-15 business days, depending on stock availability and customization requirements.

    • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

    • Bulk orders or complex customizations may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Customization Policy:

    • We offer a variety of customization options including branding, packaging, and personalized messaging.

    • Design proofs for customized items will be shared with the client for approval before production begins. No changes can be made after approval.

    • A non-refundable deposit may be required for highly customized or large-scale orders.

Returns and Exchanges:

    • Due to the nature of customized products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items or errors in customization that differ from approved design proofs.

    • Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

Cancellations and Changes to Orders:

    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided customization has not begun.

    • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a fee depending on the order’s progress.

    • Changes to an order, such as altering quantities or delivery addresses, must be communicated immediately and may not be possible once processing has begun.

Privacy and Data Protection:

    • We prioritize the privacy of our clients. Personal information collected for order processing will not be shared with third parties, except for logistics partners as necessary for order fulfillment.

    • Client data used for personalization (e.g., recipient names, messages) will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of completing orders.

Corporate Discounts and Bulk Pricing:

    • Corporate clients placing large or recurring orders may be eligible for bulk pricing or corporate discounts.

    • Pricing tiers and discount structures are based on the quantity of items ordered and the frequency of orders.

    • All discount agreements must be discussed and agreed upon prior to placing an order.

Payment Terms:

    • Full payment is required at the time of order placement for standard orders.

    • For large-scale or ongoing corporate gifting programs, we offer customized payment terms, such as installment payments or credit accounts, subject to approval.

    • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate purchase orders.

    • We are committed to sustainability and ethical practices in sourcing materials and packaging.

    • Clients can opt for eco-friendly packaging solutions, and we work with vendors who align with our values of ethical labor practices and environmental responsibility.
